\nL’instructeur de kendo \u00c3\u00a9tait un commer\u00c3\u00a7ant du coin. L’autre personne qui veillait \u00c3\u00a0 ce que nous ne nous esquivions pas \u00c3\u00a9tait ma m\u00c3\u00a8re, qui gardait toujours un \u00c5\u201cil attentif sur nous. Puis, le nombre d’enfants qui pratiquaient le kendo augmentant progressivement, nous avons eu la possibilit\u00c3\u00a9 d’installer un petit dojo en ville. A cette \u00c3\u00a9poque le kendo \u00c3\u00a9tait extr\u00c3\u00aamement populaire, comme le base-ball. Des dojo s’ouvraient ici et l\u00c3\u00a0, nous nous entra\u00c3\u00aenions dans diff\u00c3\u00a9rents clubs et il y avait des tournois toute l’ann\u00c3\u00a9e. Jusqu’au coll\u00c3\u00a8ge je n’\u00c3\u00a9tais pas attir\u00c3\u00a9 plus que \u00c3\u00a7a par le kendo. Mais ma m\u00c3\u00a8re adorait la victoire par dessus tout. Ainsi, elle \u00c3\u00a9tait aux anges quand je gagnais et ne cessait de m’adresser des compliments. Je crois bien que je m’entra\u00c3\u00aenais si durement au kendo uniquement pour voir la r\u00c3\u00a9action de ma m\u00c3\u00a8re.<\/p>\n

J’\u00c3\u00a9tais vraiment un \u00c3\u00a9l\u00c3\u00a8ve p\u00c3\u00a9nible au coll\u00c3\u00a8ge et un jour ma m\u00c3\u00a8re m’incita \u00c3\u00a0 aller m’entra\u00c3\u00aener au lyc\u00c3\u00a9e PL de Gakuen, dont le kendo \u00c3\u00a9tait r\u00c3\u00a9put\u00c3\u00a9. Les fondamentaux, kirikaeshi<\/em>, kakari-geiko<\/em>, oikomi <\/em>et ji-geiko<\/em> \u00c3\u00a9taient vraiment rudes, et le haut niveau technique de l’\u00c3\u00a9cole fit fondre ma confiance en moi. La rigueur des entra\u00c3\u00aenements ainsi que la diff\u00c3\u00a9rence de force m’apparurent comme une \u00c3\u00a9vidence et j’eus l’impression d’assister pour la premi\u00c3\u00a8re fois \u00c3\u00a0 du vrai kendo. M\u00c3\u00aame ma m\u00c3\u00a8re, pourtant si forte, en semblait h\u00c3\u00a9b\u00c3\u00a9t\u00c3\u00a9e. Pourtant, ce fut aussi le moment o\u00c3\u00b9 je d\u00c3\u00a9cidai de vraiment m’entra\u00c3\u00aener le plus sinc\u00c3\u00a8rement possible. Je d\u00c3\u00a9cidai donc d’aller au lyc\u00c3\u00a9e PL de Gakuen. Ceci modifia profond\u00c3\u00a9ment mes sentiments \u00c3\u00a0 l’\u00c3\u00a9gard du kendo. J’\u00c3\u00a9tais impatient d’aller \u00c3\u00a0 l’\u00c3\u00a9cole et de d\u00c3\u00a9couvrir comment mon kendo allait se comporter. A l’\u00c3\u00a9poque le slogan de PL \u00c3\u00a9tait \u00ab\u00a0Conqu\u00c3\u00a9rir le Japon<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. On s’entra\u00c3\u00aenait du matin au soir, et je me mis moi aussi, peut-\u00c3\u00aatre plus que quiconque, \u00c3\u00a0 ch\u00c3\u00a9rir l’id\u00c3\u00a9e de devenir un jour le grand vainqueur du tournoi national des lyc\u00c3\u00a9es.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
