A Busen l\u2019entra\u00eenement \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s vraiment tr\u00e8s dur et intense. Et bien s\u00fbr il arrivait que les n\u0153uds de notre \u00e9quipement se rel\u00e2chent quelque peu au fur et \u00e0 mesure que le cours avan\u00e7ait. Malheur alors \u00e0 celui dont les <em>men-himo<\/em> se d\u00e9la\u00e7aient. Il \u00e9tait bon pour une sacr\u00e9e engueulade de la part du <em>senpa\u00ef<\/em>. L\u2019apprentissage se faisait \u00e0 la dure, et c\u2019est ainsi que nous avons tr\u00e8s vite compris combien il est important de mettre au point une m\u00e9thode pour que notre \u00e9quipement ne se desserre pas, m\u00eame lors du plus ardu des entra\u00eenements.<\/p>\n<p>A Busen nous attachions notre Men en croisant les <em>men-himo<\/em> derri\u00e8re, puis on les croisait encore au niveau du menton pour les ramener derri\u00e8re avant de les faire repasser devant par le <em>men-gane<\/em> (grille) pour enfin les nouer au niveau des cervicales!
