{"id":39,"date":"2020-10-08T18:06:57","date_gmt":"2020-10-08T17:06:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.kendo-carpentras.com\/blog2\/?p=39"},"modified":"2020-11-09T13:34:49","modified_gmt":"2020-11-09T12:34:49","slug":"les-3-degres-de-shoshin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kendo-ventoux.com\/blog2\/les-3-degres-de-shoshin\/","title":{"rendered":"Les 3 degr\u00e9s de Shoshin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Zeami Motokiyo, (1363-c. 1443), un c\u00e9l\u00e8bre acteur de th\u00e9\u00e2tre N\u00f4 de la p\u00e9riode Muromachi (1392-1593) a \u00e9crit dans l\u2019un de ses fameux trait\u00e9s, <strong><em>Le Miroir de la Fleur<\/em><\/strong> (1424), un tr\u00e8s beau texte sur les trois degr\u00e9s de <em>Shohin<\/em>. <em>Shoshin<\/em> c\u2019est cet \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit p\u00e9tri d\u2019un enthousiasme pur et sinc\u00e8re dans lequel on se trouve lorsqu\u2019on d\u00e9cide d\u2019entreprendre quelque chose.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Zehi-no-Shoshin<\/em>: le fruit du z\u00e8le lorsqu\u2019on commence le chemin de l\u2019\u00e9tude.<\/li>\n<li><em>Tokidoki-no-Shoshin<\/em>: le fruit du z\u00e8le lorsqu\u2019on a d\u00e9j\u00e0 parcouru un bout du chemin.<\/li>\n<li><em>Rogo-no-Shoshin<\/em>: le fruit du z\u00e8le lorsque l\u2019on a atteint la limite du chemin choisi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Shu-Ha-Ri<\/em> est aussi un enseignement mais qui s\u2019applique aux niveaux d\u2019entra\u00eenement du kendo. <em>Shu<\/em> est le niveau o\u00f9 il suffit de respecter les principes de son ma\u00eetre et de s\u2019en impr\u00e9gner. <em>Ha<\/em> est le niveau o\u00f9 l\u2019on peut int\u00e9grer ses propres id\u00e9es \u00e0 celles apprises au niveau pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, on d\u00e9veloppe ainsi une technique personnelle. <em>Ri<\/em> est le niveau o\u00f9 l\u2019on transcende les niveaux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent afin de d\u00e9velopper sa propre technique et d\u2019\u00e9laborer un kendo au style personnel.<br \/>\nMaintenant repr\u00e9sentez-vous la notion <em>shu-ha-ri<\/em> avec un axe vertical et un axe horizontal. Elle forme une spirale ascendante sans fin. Le pilier central de tout ce processus est <em>Shoshin<\/em>: l\u2019enthousiasme pur du commencement. Si l\u2019on fait l\u2019analogie avec le kendo, on comprend que chaque niveau a son propre degr\u00e9 d\u2019approche et ses principes.
